I went to turn the lights on my fan off and the remote did not work. Then I tried to turn the fan on and that did not go on. The lights went out with the chain but the fan did not go on with the chain. We replaced the battery andthe remote still does not work. What do we do next? The fan is about 5 years old. The model # is AC552. I do not have a manuel.
