0 Glass for the Hampton Bay AC4054-5 fans are impossible to find. But I used a work around that is acceptable. Did it at Lowes for much cheaper than the original dome would cost. From the ceiling fan section, you need an $8 lip style generic dome, 6 1/4" (there is only one like this to pick at the store). A $3 package of 3 light fixture screws, and from the tool section a $5 32-8 tap (tap comes with the bit) to match the fixture screws. I pulled the light mount off of the fan by loosening the bottom bolt, drilled 3 required holes where the three indents are for the screw in fixture and tapped them. This makes the purchased fixture screws work perfect. Then reattached the light mount and installed the dome. The screws will run all the way in to be tight. Looks and works good.
