Question About Hampton Bay Fan AC-552
fan not operating...

I have a remote operated AC 552 SN004697 White and brass on a 24" down Rod FAN stopped working with no warning does not respond to remote or pull chain. Should pull chain work even w/o remote ?? Where are dip switches on the fan
