42" Middleton, white/schoolhouse glass shade installed today. The Instruction Manuel was missing. When the light was turned on, bright dots shown on the glass shade. See photo of small circles/bubbles on the glass. The shade is smooth on outside globe, so defect must be on inside. May I get a replacement shade and Manuel sent to me?
