Is their an automatic overload swich on the unites I try to change fan settings and it ran for about 30 seconds an shut off upon further inspection I found that the filter was extremely pluged up and the unit has built a large ice block on it I am in the prosses of defrosting the ice will I be able to turn the unit back on when it thaws or will I have to do something else Thank You Matt C
