Where is the master switch on my hair hpd10xcm and...

Where is the master switch on my hair hpd10xcm and the ac has shut off I trouble shooted it and it is still not coming on. I unplugged it for 15 min and pressed the reset button on the plug and the flashing stop symbol is still flashing....what do i do?
