Question About Haier Air Conditioner HWR08XC7
Unit shorted out...

My air conditioner's cooling started weakening today. Then I shut it off. When I turned it on again it was not blowing any air even though the electrical control panel was working. It smells a bit like burning rubber coming from inside somewhere. Does this mean it's broken? I've only had it a year. Thank you
