my remote has been locked whenever i press any key...

my remote has been locked whenever i press any key a key symbol come on display in left side its 1st box in display i cant operate any of the key.I tried to unlock and reset but it didnt happened so i request you to help me out pls.Send me the solution as soon as possibile.
