My Commercial Cool A/C unit is displaying "STOP". ...

My Commercial Cool A/C unit is displaying "STOP". What can I do? It has quit running and I unplugged and replugged it in at a different outlet just in case and still nothing. I have cleaned the air filter and nothing. What can I do?
