My AC Model HWF05XCA sounds like it's full of wate...

My AC Model HWF05XCA sounds like it's full of water. Looked at the back from outside the house and can't seem to find any drain holes. Seems sluggish sometimes. It does cool pretty well, just gurgles a lot. Is it supposed to do this?
