I have product CPN12XC9 the instruction book does not show a garden hose filling part that is about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way up on the back of the unit and the unit has shut itself off because on the high humidity in my area. Do I need to attach a hos to a bucket here or what? also pictures on your site shows two large hoses venting to the outside ..should unit have two air outlet hoses on it as there is no place for the second hose.
