I have not had this product a year ...Im not sure if everything that should havebeen removed prior to assembeling was done correctly...it appears to have styroform in the area of the cooling vent, should this be removed...i also notice that ice has been forming on the coolin vent directly behind the plastic protective cover. Its not cooling the small room effectively. I really need help asap!!Thx!
