I am selling my home in Comal County, Texas and 4 years ago the question came up about my a/c unit possibly being too close to the home and was told that Comal county followed Bexar county regulations and that the unit was compliant. I don't know the size it is small for a 1600 square foot home but, now there is a question on that it might be too close. Can you tell me per regulations how close this can be. It was compliant at the inspection in 2008.
