How do you set the temperature on this model, mine will not set. HELP

5 To set the temp, all you have to do is push the down arrow next to the "temperature" button. And you can do the same on your remote. However, the first time I purchased mine, I had to return it because it would not adjust. So if you are still having trouble, you might have to do the same.
