Can anyone help us find a manual for our Haier 12,...

Can anyone help us find a manual for our Haier 12,0000 btu portable air conditioner / heater (HH Gregg Model #HPN12XHM)? It wasn't in the box. We called Haier....and they couldn't find the manual to email it to us! Any help wold be very much appreciated!
