Unit Keeps cycling to the number 35-36 with the A/C button on and the fan on HI. On the display where you read the numbers, the bottom light is on (*F)

0 In addition to the air conditioner readings, the unit is not putting out cold air but the fan is running. Unit HWR12XC3-T
