small hole down by floor keeps leaking out lots of water . What could this be?

3 I have the CPRB08XCJ so it's pretty much the same. on the back there is a drain hole so you drain out the water before storing it. My problem was the plug was missing so I found a rubber wine plug and used that. It's now not leaking and it's cooling better. If you have a real hole and it's small you might be able to plug it with some glue.
