Using manual switch in fireplace it won't lite up ...

Using manual switch in fireplace it won't lite up til 3-4 tries. Sometimes won't lite at all and have to hit relite pilot. Many times the flame goes off once started. Is there a service center in the Boston area for this fireplace?
