0 My parents are having this same problem with their 4000INS Gas Technologies unit. The people are over here to fix the problem but I had to find an owner's manual for them. That's when I saw your question. The owners manual for this product can be found at http://www.heatnglo.com/Owner-Resources/Install-and-Owners-Manuals.aspx On Insert Install Manuals - select 4000INS from the drop down menu. 0 Problem solved here in the easiest way possible. There was a blockage near the pilot light.
