NEITHER HEATING SETTING WORKS BACK ROUND LIGHTS WORK GOOD BUT WILL NOT HEAT. HEATER DOES NOT COME ON WHEN YOU PUT EITHER SWITCH SETTING ON. CAN I GET PARTS TO FIX IT MYSELF
