Question About Genie Garage Door Opener gx9000
Won't open or close...

I have a Genie GX9000 that will not open or close. The power is connected and the red light comes on, but nothing else happens. No humming, buzzing or noises as if the unit is trying. Any suggestions on trouble shooting?
