Question About Genie Garage Door Opener genie intellicode is550/a
will not go up or doen all the way...

my door will only go a few inches in either direction and and then go back up or down.

2 I have the same problem where the door only travels a few inches or a foot and stops, then reverses back to full open. About every other use it works as normal. Any ideas what the problem is?
