When I try and close the door it goes a short way and reverses. I need to continually prees the wall button to stop the opening and after about 3-4 seconds press the button to close again. I have to do this several times just to get the door to close. Holding the wall button in doesn't help as it still reverses. It does this with or without the door attached. Note that it will work fine the very first time it's used in the morning.
