Question About Genie Garage Door Opener pmx5001c/b
we have 4 1/2 hp door openers ...model # pmx5001c/...

we have 4 1/2 hp door openers ...model # pmx5001c/b in a firestation ...all metal building ....and the door will only open at about 20 feet away and the trucks have to be stopped to open the doors ........thanks....Eddie Asst/fire chief
