Question About Genie Garage Door Opener 404
user's guide...

does anyone know how i can get ahold of a user's guide or repair manual for a genie screw drive garage door opener model 404. I know its a really old opener but it worked great until today. i think the screw drive carriage has gotten stripped and needs replacement. just would like to know what else i should be doing to keep it alive.
