Question About Genie Garage Door Opener 3060
Screw has stopped turning...

The screw on my Genie 3060L has stopped turning. Could this be as simple as replacing the coupler? There does not seem to be any grinding sound coming from the unit. Are there multiple points of failure for this?

0 Took the unit down and with little trouble found a broken coupler. Easy $3 fix. All Genie products use the same coupler.
