older genie (sp229) garage door opener works via h...

older genie (sp229) garage door opener works via hard wired electric control, but does not (all of a sudden) work with everlast remote (ugd 1800) , thought I would reset frequency settings, but w/o manual I dont know how to set those tiny 12 switches.
