Question About Genie Garage Door Opener SD9500
My outside remote keypad stopped working when new ...

My outside remote keypad stopped working when new battery was put in. I tried to re-enter old numbe, doesn't work. How do I re-program the remote keypad again or "retrain" the opener to work. I cannot find a "training button" on the opener. Please help
