I've totally screwed up the door opener while trying to program the remote keypad mounted outside the door. When I press the learn button it flashes green & red continuously. What do I need to do to reset the door opener

0 I have the manual online and have followed the instructions to the letter. The learn light continues to flash red & green when pressed, It doesn't flash red twice as the manual indicates that it should. I need to find out how to reset the whole thing
