0 I HAVE HAD THIS GENIE MODEL H4000-07/M SCREW DRIVE DOOR OPENER FOR SEVERAL YEARS. IT HAS WORKED WELL UNTIL TODAY WHEN IT FAILED TO CLOSE. IT FUNCTIONS WELL RAISING THE DOOR BUT WHEN I TRY TO CLOSE IT, IT GOES DOWN TO ABOUT 5" FROM FULLY CLOSING AND STOPS, THEN GOES BACK TO FULLY OPEN. I HAVE CHECKED FOR OBSTRUCTIONS AND INSPECTED THE SENSOR LIGHTS AT THE BOTTOM; EVERYTHING APPEARS TO BE IN ORDER. PLEASE ADVISE.
