I need to change my code, but the 12 slots on the ...

I need to change my code, but the 12 slots on the unit seem permanent;' they are soldered on with wires attached and no apparent way to change them. I don't know which manual is for this unit. It's a GENIE BLUEMAX. As for the model, "frequency 360, "Model 12A " is the only info I can find. Can anyone help?
