I have the genie #1024 Garage door opener and cannot reprogram the keypad with a new code. I have followed instructions on the keypad cover, I have watched the utube instructions and followed them, had a neighbor help and just looked in you online manual with no info on the keypad just info for the remote. Please help get me the instructions to reprogram a new code into my keypad. Almost about to give up with your product. Have never had problems like this with chamberlin, sears etc.
