Question About Genie Garage Door Opener PMX5001C/B
i have a pro max opener and the door goes up okay ...

i have a pro max opener and the door goes up okay but will not go down. it goes down some then stops and goes back up. i have turned the close adjustment up all the way and i cleaned the safety lenses at the bottom of the door. how can i get this to close?
