I have a Genie model IS550/A opener. For replacement remotes, I got 2 Gitr-3 in the belief these were the replacements for the original ones ( they died). I have followed the programing steps and all lights do as expected - but the opener does not respond to the remote. Did I get the right replacement? Or did I do something else wrong?
