I assume that there is a sprocket that drives the chain and that this is connected to the drive motor via key in shaft. I think the key has come out,or sprocket teeth are missing or simple slippage. Makes a lot of noise and cannot lift the door. When I unhook the door the chain moves smoother. How do I get this thing apart to check what,s wrong ??? Thks Ed
