Genie Excelerator 1/2 hp: Door stops opening as if hitting a limit at about 18 inches up, sometimes less. Have tried open/close force adjustments; nothing is obstructing the STB's; door will open fully, if wall button is continually pushed until all the way open. Ideas ??? Thanks, Harry
