Opener does not respond to the handheld remotes or the wall switch. The red and green LEDs are on steady, not blinking. The light bulbs come on in the opener when I press the wall switch, but the motor does not activate. The buttons on the wall switch light up when I press them. The wires and contacts appear to be intact. Any ideas about what to do next?
