Genie 1/2 hp mod. SD9000. remotes will not wo...

Genie 1/2 hp mod. SD9000. remotes will not work. batteries are good and it works fine from the wired button. dip switches match. any ideas?

0 do not have manual. Opener will not operate. Remote has new batteries. Power to unit.
