Question About Genie Garage Door Opener cm8600ic/a
door will open with one remote but not close at all...

My garage door will open with one of our two remotes. Neither remote will close it. There are no lights on at the wall button nor the sensor (red or green), but the two light bulbs on the opener itself do work. We are having to manually close it. I'm totally confused as there is obviously power to the unit. Could it be the wiring or the sequencer?
