Question About GE Water System GXRV10ABL01

My tank is only holding 26 ounces of water now. Capacity is 1.3 gallons. Filters and membrane were changed, didn't change things. The amount the tank is holding is decreasing with time. The unit makes more water really quickly, so something is going on in the tank. How do I fix this? Thanks.
