I was gifted this GE unt.I got it istalled by a good handy man who does installations of units but falls short in the set up.#1 how much salt is need to fill tank and the amount to maintain it as the bags are 40# ea.I think I have the clock and time correctly.I have concern about the drin as my builder has placed it higher than the loop it self. Also the warer in Maricopa (the city)is very hard, what # should I set the # as the water is very hard
