I have a loop under my sink it was cut and 2 cold ...

I have a loop under my sink it was cut and 2 cold valves added,(both go to under sink filter, old one was kenetico) 2 hot vales 1 for dish washer and 1 for sink, , and 1 more cold valve for sink . total of 5 valves. the fridge has its own behind it across the room. is one of the loop vales for the fried?
