Question About GE Water Heater None
Runs out of hot water fast and top element does not come right away...

Model #: GE SE50T12A A01 Serial #: GE 0801219610 Even though outflow is cool top element does not come on. But when one then turns off the hot water faucets a few minutes later the the top element comes on. Should not the top element come on when when the outflow gets cool?
