HOT WATER HEATER PROBLEM...

HOT WATER DOESNT LAST LONG. THE UNIT HAS 2 RED LIGHT INDICATORS BUT ONLY THE TOP ONE IS ULUMINATED. hOW TO RESET UNIT ?
