I have an old (1970's) GE electric stove with oven...

I have an old (1970's) GE electric stove with oven, model # JB600G003FA, ser. # TG228579G. My question is what amp breaker and wire size do I need to hook up my stove? I'm thinking 40 amp with 8/3 wire.
