We have a security system that says DNC on the mail box by the front door. We just purchased the home and do not have an owner's manual. The alarm has gone off and we cannot turn it off. It is NOT being monitored. Is there a code to enter to disable the alarm? The previous owner said they never used the alarm system and did not set up a code.
