The Voice announcing "Enter code" and "System is d...

The Voice announcing "Enter code" and "System is disarmed" has become activated again following recent service. Voice is loud, disturbing. I would like to turn it off. Local rep referred me to manual. I still need your guidance. If I follow directions for Volume (043), will that correct the Voice volume? Please advise. Jane Blash
