My GE furnace has an operable compressor and the blower was tested and is not bad but the wiring was wrong Inguess the last guy was not bright enough to fix it and left it that way. This guy said that he would need a wiring schematic that shows the whole thing to make sure it is right. It is 30 years There are several base models listed not sure which one to list but they are all start with BW.
