I am having trouble with this unit for 2 seasons now. The Unit will not turn on, we have been told by a distributor that if we turn it of by the outside power unit it will rebok itself and start. We have to do this 10 times before it starts. It then work for about ten times then we are back and forth to the outside power. This is rediculous. When it doesnt work, it flashes red and green 8 times then a pause, now it is flashing 5 times then pausing. HELP Donna
