Does this system model ar-ry13 have a dehumidifyer...

Does this system model ar-ry13 have a dehumidifyer as part of its usage. also we have a damp problem downstairs would you recommend a de humidifier for this problem or are they just a gimic. we are not sure whether to install another split system as aboveor a dehumidifier thanks
